Next Level Pilates: Workshops & Intensives

Intensive Workouts designed within the Pilates flow to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, pliability, balance, and effective sequence of muscular firing patterns resulting in powerful supple movement. This workout is pure Pilates and does not rely on other forms of exercise to achieve the goal. Therefore, experienced students only: students working at least 2-3 times per week for at least 3 months. Must know the upper Level 2 equipment (reformer, cadillac, chair) repertoire.
